SkyPeople Fruit Juice Appoints Armanino LLP as Independent Auditor

(NASDAQ: SPU ) ("SkyPeople" or "the Company"), a producer of fruit juice concentrates, fruit juice beverages and other fruit-related products, today announced that it has engaged Armanino LLP to serve as its independent registered public accounting firm effective as of December 31, 2014, replacing Paritz & Company ("Paritz"), which was dismissed on December 30, 2014.  The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreements between the Company and Paritz on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedures.
